Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Norfolk Broads, our beautiful venue is a depart from the traditional, stuffy conference room and offers a place to really get away from it all.  Our secluded venue will give your team the space to think, plan and relax, whilst benefiting from a spacious barn with all the business facilities needed for a successful training/team event and beautiful on-site accommodation.

We have nine lovely cottages which are fully self-catering and can offer single accommodation for 23 delegates or 35 delegates sharing.  Each cottage has pretty countryside views from nearly every window along with lounges to relax and chill out in.

We can offer exclusive mid-week and weekend event stays and our experienced planning team can help you build an itinerary to your bespoke design to really make this an event to remember.

Being located just 13 miles from Norwich we have great transport links and our location is also perfect for a whole host of team activities such as paddle boarding, sailing, cycling, country walks, wherry trips, alpaca walking, fishing plus lots more!

We also have lots of amazing recommended suppliers who will come to Hall Farm to deliver activities such as yoga, wine tasting, pamper and fabulous outside caterers for evening events in the barn.

• Fully equipped, spacious barn with desk-top projector, screen, sound and WI-FI and can seat 35 delegates.
• The barn can also be used as a communal dining or evening function room.
• Beautiful on-site single accommodation for up to 23 guests or 35 delegates sharing rooms in nine, self-catering gorgeous cottages.

• Two large outside areas suitable for outdoor activities – the Wooded Lake and the Water Meadow.
• Private fishing lake and private causeway down to the River Ant.
• Experienced events team who can recommend and support delivery of event itinerary and who are available onsite 24/7
• Various team building activities can be brought into Hall Farm from a number of local companies or arranged off-site.

Price for an exclusive mid-week or weekend hire (2/3 nights) £4,300.
