Large group or family breaks

Our holiday accommodation provides the ideal setting for family gatherings, special celebrations, corporate events and training courses.

Hall Farm can accommodate up to 46 adults, with an additional 8 guest beds or cots available for children aged 12 and under. Smaller groups may choose to book one or two cottages, while larger groups can enjoy the exclusivity of taking over the entire site for their stay.

Our six three-bedroom cottages all open onto the central courtyard, with the Games / Function Room conveniently located at one end. In addition, we have two two-bedroom cottages and a cosy one-bedroom apartment close by.

Three-Bedroom Cottages (Sleeps 6–7)

• Six cottages available
• Sleeps 6 adults, plus 1 child aged 12 or under
• One ground-floor bedroom with en-suite
• Two upstairs bedrooms with shared bathroom
• Beds can be arranged as king-size doubles or twins
• Open directly onto the central courtyard

Two-Bedroom Cottages (Sleeps 4–5)

• Two cottages available
• Sleeps 4 adults, plus 1 child aged 12 or under
• Ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite
• Upstairs bedroom configurable as king-size double or twins
• Family bathroom upstairs

One-Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 2)

• Ideal for couples
• Double bed and shower room
• Located in the eaves
• Cosy and full of character (not ideal for very tall guests!)

For groups booking all cottages, The Barn is available:

• Can be used as a Games Room or dining space
• Seats up to 50 people
• Flexible layout to suit your event

For smaller gatherings, the lounges in our three-bedroom cottages are generously sized, with ample space for up to 15 people to dine together.
