Although it might be a little wet and windy at the moment, we’re hoping in clears up in time for the half-term holidays because the Boggles at BeWILDerwood are having a bonfire and we’re all invited to make wishes! There’ll be zip-lining action, jungle bridges to be crossed and slippery slopes to slide down in order to reach the ‘Big Hat’ where you’ll find everything you need to make some wish fulfilling dreamy potion, before gathering by the fire pit to make your dreams come true! This week long celebration starts on Saturday 15th February 2014- Sunday 23rd February 2014, for more info contact Jo Atherton on: 01692 633033 or 07918 907567.

Over at Strumpshaw Fen we’ll be taking part in the ‘Wildlife with a Warden’ activity every day over the half-term; visitors will be guided through the wilderness to discover all of nature’s beauty here in the Broads. With walks through the woodlands, orchard fields and reedbeds, some of your sightings during the day will include; kingfishers, bitterns and marsh harriers.
