There’s a whole host of activities and explorations awaiting your arrival, discover a wonderful world of wildlife and nature, set in the heart of Norfolk the award-winning mix of nature trails, fragrant gardens and woodland walks showcase the best of British wildlife in Pensthorpe. Investigate wildlife projects helping the endangered animals and vulnerable species around the conservation, or enjoy delicious home cooked food and buy a gift or two from the gift shop.

If you’re out and about in the wildlife reserve why not come along to the Winter Feed at 3pm and watch an informative and educational waterfowl winter feed, learn about the birds that have migrated and all the different species of waterfowl at Pensthorpe from a warm and cosy indoor gallery. With your days packed with discovery explore the amazement of the night sky as the Star Party at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Gardens begins, on Saturday 9th February 2013 at 7pm astronomers from Seething Observatory will gather in the greens of Fairhaven to watch the stars settle in through telescopes (you may bring you own). Be sure to wrap up warm, soup and refreshments will be available from 7pm in the tearoom, the evening is held in partnership with Norwich Astronomical Society. £3.50 Adults, £2 Children, Members are free.
