In this week’s blog we’re celebrating everything country about our surroundings, and what better way to begin than on foot with a Guided Heritage Walk of Great Yarmouth, a nearby town with so much character and history embedded in it. There’s lots to explore on this exciting trip called Row’s, Fishwives and Body Snatchers at The Fisherman’s Hospital. Ticket prices are as followed: £3.75 Adults, £1.50 Children (7-16) and Children under 7 go free.

If something a little more lively is what you’d prefer then get down to Ludham Village Hall for the annual Harvest Supper and Barn Dance. It’s one of the village’s most popular events which compromises of a delicious 2 course supper followed by melodious music and dance for all. And finally this week for those inclined to the arts, The Wherry Trust Norfolk has organised a beautiful Ludham Village ‘Masterpieces’ art and trail show. Taking place on the 5th and 6th of October at St Catherines Church in Ludham, the shows will see art exhibitons, craft fairs, drawing and painiting tutorials, Q&A sessions with successful local artists and much more.
