What’s new in Norfolk?!

Like every week we’ll give you the low down of everything exciting you can get up to here in the Norfolk Broads, but first which of you lot told the weather man to bring the snow back? Just as we thought it was the end of lady winter’s reign, someone invited her back!

There’s no stopping us here at Hall Farm though, as always we have some of the cosiest holiday cottages in Norfolk, but that doesn’t mean they’re not spacious. Accommodating up to 7 people our holiday cottages Norfolk give you all the privacy of your own home with wonderful views of the great British countryside…

With a whole host of activities and excursions to explore, Norfolk is the place to be; head over to the Woodland Creature Children’s Workshop at Norwich Puppet Theatre with your children (ages 5+) and allow their imagination to run through the wild! With workshops focusing on different puppet styles, your little one can make their own puppet and will be able to design and dazzle it up using a range of arts and crafts! Parents and carers can wait for their children in the foyer whilst sipping on refreshments, or can collect the child after the workshop. The workshop last for 90 minutes, starting at 11.30am- 1:00pm, so a refreshment break will be given; you can bring your own or buy refreshments from our café.

With the ice melting in the waters you can paddle down miles of quiet, undisturbed streams, dams and creeks often never seeing another soul but often seeing some of the Broads best kept secrets – the Kingfishers, Bitterns and even the elusive Otter. These secretive and wonderful creatures of the Broads National Park are far more frequently spotted from a canoe! Meet on Sunday 17th March at Paddles and Pedals, 10 Norwich Road, Wroxham, NR12 8RX. *prices may vary
