Enjoy the rest of the Summer Holidays in Norfolk

2018 has been the year that the UK has enjoyed the best summer most of us can remember and with another heat wave predicted, there is still time to enjoy the last few weeks of the summer holidays.

Norfolk has lots on for the whole family to enjoy, and here’s our pick of the best events.

The Summer Spectacular and Water Show

The Hippodrome Circus presents the Summer Spectacular and Water Show 2018, right on Great Yarmouth beach front. The Hippodrome is the only complete circus building that still exists in the UK, and this year’s show features acts from all around the world.

After the success of the film ‘The Greatest Showman’, the circus has been a popular attraction for families this summer. The 2018 show celebrates 250 years of the circus, and even features a giant pool filled with swimmers and dancers. There’s still lots of time to catch the Summer Spectacular and Water Show, as it’s on until the 16^thSeptember.

Fireworks at Hemsby Beach

Every Tuesday over the summer holidays, visitors have been treated to a great firework display over Hemsby beach. There are two Tuesdays left to enjoy the show, as the final date is the 28^thAugust, so why not go down to watch the fireworks and visit some of the other attractions in Hemsby.

Pensthorpe Natural Park

The ‘Summer Days’ event at Pensthorpe Natural Park has been a huge hit with the kids this summer. Running until Wednesday 5^thof September, Summer Days allows you to get closer to nature with the many trails, adventure play areas, dens to build, and you can even do some craft making or go pond dipping.
