Hall Farm Cottages are situated close to Wroxham, just in between the villages of Ludham and Horning. Our cottages provide a luxury experience at an affordable price point. We have 8 different cottages and a loft available for accommodation, all of which have the ‘home away from home’ feel.

Our cottages are self-catered, but we do offer breakfast if you’d like it. Additionally, all of our accommodation has disabled access and is dog-friendly, so all of the family can enjoy a weekend away. We have also recently started to offer hot tub hire, ensuring you have the most relaxing weekend away.

The location of Hall Farm Cottages will leave you right in the heart of Norfolk, and we are in walking distance of a range of local pubs on the riverbank and a range of shops for you to enjoy. There are also some bigger attractions a bit further afield, including Bewilderwood and Great Yarmouth beach.
