A Magical Norfolk

This Thursday 21^st November 2013 the festive spirit will make it’s way to Norwich in our unique Norwichristmas style. With illumination lighting up the meandering lanes, shopping streets and more, prepare to witness a night of magic.

Starting at Norwich Castle from 6pm, join Father Christmas his magical sleigh and lantern parade as they meander through the snowy streets, finishing at City Hall. Make a wish with the Christmas fairies at The Forum and City Hall and enjoy hot festive food, snowballs, dancing elves and singing cherubs.

And then be dazzled at 7pm as the Norwichristmas lights switch on takes place followed by a fireworks display bursting from Jarrold and City Hall! This is guaranteed to be a night full of colour and festive fun so don’t miss out, the best part is it’s FREE!

Make this Christmas extra special from Saturday 16^th November until Monday 23^rd December and visit Santa on his magical journey at Thursford. Your journey takes you past the penguins and polar bears to see the giant sized teddy bears ready to load Santa’s sleigh. Then watch busy elves, hard at work in the toy factory taking in the wonderful wrapping machine.

Meet lots of fantasy characters including a snowman family but watch out for the snowballs before you make your way though the magical forest to reach Santa’s House where you meet the man himself and all his gifts for all the Children that come visit.
